Affiliates Terms Of Service

This program is free for anyone to register for and as of 11/8/2014 pays out a commission rate of 10% of the final sale price of any product sold through the affiliate link. All affiliates are provided with direct access to the affiliate area where they can create tracking links and access their affiliate link & stats. All commissions are calculated based on the final sale value after all discounts have been applied.

Commissions are held 30 days to avoid issues with cancellations and chargebacks. Once the 30 day grace period has passed, all outstanding commissions will be paid to the Paypal account registered in the Affiliate’s Profile on the 1st week of each quarter.  Cancellations & returns will have the commission retracted from the affiliate account.  All affiliates are responsible for tracking their own payments and reporting them for tax purposes accordingly.

Per federal law you must disclose the use of affiliate links in text on forums, blog posts, websites etc.  Not using a disclaimer can lead to your account status being suspended or closed.  A good generic disclaimer to add to your post or page is:

“Some of the links in the post above are “affiliate links.” This means if you click on the link and purchase the item, we will receive an affiliate commission. Regardless, we only recommend products or services we believe will add value to our readers.”

We reserve the rights to change these terms of service at anytime as long as we provide notice to the email on file first.  We also reserve the right to end an affiliate relationship at per our discretion at anytime.

You can only use your affiliate by using our specific added grapics or using your own pictures. Affiliates through google and other sources, that are not costumers from Sofilanjtes will be removed.
