Tutorial: Add a Pocket to the Stripes Sleeve (Option 2)

1: Cut the pattern as descibed.
2. The stripe piece will be the base for your pocket.
3. The pocket is the same width as the stripe. Length I used 1/4 stripe length for sz 14Y/164.
4. Position the pocket piece. Right side up.
5. Mark the bottom of the pocket piece.
6. Fold your pocket piece down, wrong side facing up. Sew the pocket to the sleeve stripe.
7. Fold back up.
8. Topstitch.
9. Hem the top of your pocket by folding it to the wrong side of the pocket (3/4″-2cm).
10. Add topstitches for holding pens.
12. Done
13. Sew a second one.
