Just two more days untill the Hibernis Cowl shirt will be released. Woohoo! I’m so happy how this pattern turned out. And I really can’t wait to show you more. So I am going to. But first I want to congratulate Kelly for winning the giveaway. Congrats Kelly, I emailed you a $10 coupon code to spend in the Sofilantjes Shop.
Now, the Hibernis Cowl shirt. In my previous post I mentioned that this pattern has two bodice options. One is the simple version. A quick sew with great result. The other one is Option A. Option A has it all. The cowl off course…. But also the princes seams, that give a very nice curve. So pretty! And… Pockets!
I added two pockets to this pattern but with a little imagination, pen and paper you can do so much more than just these two. About these two pockets. One is large. Great for cold hands, resting your hands or hiding them, stuffed animals or other toys and so on….. The other one is very small. It can hold little treasures without falling out. Just do not forget to check them before washing the shirt…. (Yes, I forget this a lot…)
I love the look of this option. I love playing with the colors as well… I’ll just show you one more picture. Don’t forget, release is this Friday and we always have a really great ($5) but short (2 days max.) release sale!
The dotted fabric is from Michas Stoffecke. Solids are from Joyfits.
