Tutorial: How to Make a Princess Regina Dress

Ready for something sweet? Turn the Regina Dress with free ruffle add-on into a Princess dress. Follow the directions below and do not forget to show us your result in our Facebook group or tag us on IG (@Sofilantjes_anne).

Step 1.

Press your seams open. Measure your seam and cut elastic 2/3 of the measured length.

Step 2.

Sew the elastic 1/16″- 0,5 cm from the top.

Step 3.

Start at the bottom and sew the elstic 3/4″ – 2 cm up without stretching it.

Step 4.

Stretch the elastic to fit the seam length and sew using a zig zag stitch. Make sure you are sewing your elastic on top of the seam.

Step 5.

Hem the skirt.
